The exterior leather remains in good overall condition with light to moderate signs of wear consistent with regular use. The leather has developed a beautifully soft, slouchy appearance with natural creasing throughout, characteristic of Balenciaga's distressed leather. There are areas of light discolouration, surface marks and minor scuffing visible across the exterior, particularly around the base, corners and piping. The corners show light to moderate rubbing and wear but remain structurally sound.
The rolled leather top handles remain sturdy with light creasing and gentle wear from use. The signature front zip pocket and main zip closure are fully functional. The silver tone hardware retains a good overall finish with light surface scratches and wear consistent with age.
The interior black textile lining is clean overall with light signs of use. The interior zip pocket is fully functional. The Balenciaga Paris leather brand tab is present.
