Lost or Damaged Packages: While we take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
